A Staged Reading of "A Christmas Carol" at West Caldwell Library

The whole family will enjoy a staged reading of Charles Dickens classic holiday tale A Christmas Carol on Saturday, December 21 at 2:00 pm at the West Caldwell Public Library, 30 Clinton Road.  The staged reading features Broadway actors David & Britt Cryer and Thea White as well community leaders John Pascal, Michael Mandzik, and Bob Markman. Two child actors will also be featured including Miles Cryer Lee and Isabella Hatzidoukas.  Follow the miserly Ebenezer Scrooge as three spirits travel with him on Christmas Eve to reflect on  his past, present and future.  Audience members are encouraged to bring a new, unwrapped toy that will be donated to the Children's Wing at St. Barnabas Medical Center. WESTFIELD, NJ — The Delaware man arrested on the grounds of Tamaques Elementary School in June has pleaded guilty to second-degree possession of a firearm, authorities said.
