Alzheimer’s New Jersey West Caldwell Support Group

An Alzheimer’s New Jersey Support Group for those caring for a relative or a friend diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia will meet on the third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM at Crane’s Mill Continuing Care Retirement Community (Towne Square Conference Room), 459 Passaic Ave., West Caldwell, NJ.

Support groups provide families and caregivers with the emotional support and education they need to better understand Alzheimer’s disease and dementia. Support Groups are free and open to the public.   For information about this group, contact Claire Akselrad at 973-464-0595 or Nancy Hoerner at 973-276-3008. Please note: it’s best to call the contact person before attending the first time.

NUTLEY, NJ — The Nutley Police Department made an arrest in the case of an Instagram video post. An 18-year-old resident was charged with Third Degree False Public Alarm.
