Homemade Wreath or Swag Contest at West Caldwell Library

Get in the holiday spirit as adults, teens and children (in grades 5 and older), who live in Caldwell or West Caldwell, make a Homemade Wreath or Swag and enter it in the West Caldwell Public Library's contest to compete for prizes. The wreath or swag can be made of any type of material such as pine cones, grapevine, bows, felt, wire, etc., but live evergreen is NOT acceptable. The wreath or swag should not be wider than 15" and can be either horizontal or vertical. WESTFIELD, NJ — The Delaware man arrested on the grounds of Tamaques Elementary School in June has pleaded guilty to second-degree possession of a firearm, authorities said.
