"Kick Your Cravings Workshop"

If so, then you may want to attend the "Kick Your Cravings Workshop" with certified Health and Lifestyle Coach Amy Bitton on Thursday, January 18 at 6:45 pm in the Community Room of the West Caldwell Public Library, 30 Clinton Road.

Do you want to find out why candy, cake, cookies, chips, breads, ice cream and pretzels are so addicting? Wouldn't you like to control your cravings and CRUSH them once and for all? If you're sick of yo-yo dieting and you want to understand your body better and make healthier lifestyle choices, then this interactive workshop is for you. 2018 is here and your transformation is near!
