"Let's Get Cooking"

The West Caldwell Public Library, 30 Clinton Road, will present a "Let's Get Cooking" program on Tuesday, August 22 at 6:30 pm in the Community Room.  Participants should borrow a copy of the cookbook "Bon Appetit: Fast, Easy, Fresh" by Barbara Fairchild, select a recipe, and then make the dish to share with others on Tuesday, August 22.  While sampling each dish, there will be a discussion about the ingredients, preparation and the flavor. "Bon Appetit: Fast, Easy, Fresh" contains 1,100 great recipes for people who want everyday dinners that are quick, delicious, and contemporary. Some of the flavorful recipes that take a fun, modern spin include Linguine with Winter Pesto, Shrimp with Ginger-Herb Butter, Pancetta with Parmesan, and Roasted Garlic Beef Stew.
