Equestrian Rider, a Former Livingston Resident, Shot in Morris County in Attempted Murder

LONG VALLEY, NJ -- A woman formerly of Livingston was hospitalized after a shooting that has been termed a murder attempt by authorities Wednesday afternoon in a farm in Morris County

According to several published reports, the victim, Lauren Kanarek, sustained multiple gunshot wounds. Kanarek, a 1998 Livingston High School graduate, has a present home address in North Carolina.
