This group fitness activity meets Mondays at 10 am. Explore different types of exercise and healthy recipes in a relaxed setting. Includes 20-30 minutes of low-impact exercise streamed on video (emphasis on walking), followed by a discussion. Ideal for beginning fitness levels. Bring towel and water bottle.
