FAIRFIELD, NJ — Century 21 Wessex & The Crossing, the Fairfield-based chapter of Century 21 Real Estate LLC, recently celebrated the relaunch of its facility at 435 Hollywood Avenue with complimentary food, drinks and entertainment for family, friends and members of the West Essex community.

Broker Manager Jason Failla shared that based on data gathered from Garden State Multiple Listing Site, Century 21 Wessex has had the largest majority of listings and sales in Fairfield for the past 5 years. He added that the goal is to become No. 1 in the West Essex area.

"The Fairfield office has been at this location for over 30 years," he said. "The location has been completely renovated with the new Century 21 Logo, and we have also added top of the line technology to provide quality real estate services to our clients."

To help achieve his goal of remaining No. 1, Failla brought on team leader Jennifer Szewcyk, who has more than 19 years of sales experience and is consistently among the top agents in the West Essex area. According to Failla, Szewcyk has a special eye for staging homes for sale.

"Jennifer has an eye for spaces that are in need of decor, de cluttering, freshening up and will help get your home into tip-top shape to sell," said Failla.

Szewcyk said that she is excited to join Century 21 Wessex as the team leader, especially because of the Fairfield location's exciting new technology and video marketing as well as its "younger vibe."

She also explained that one of her goals as team leader is to recruit new agents to break out into more of the West Essex area, including Fairfield, Caldwell, West Caldwell, North Caldwell, Roseland, Essex Fells, Cedar Grove and Verona.

The grand opening event was catered by Ah Pizz' in Montclair, and dessert was provided by the popular Glazed and Confused food truck.

Century 21 Wessex, which Failla said is committed to helping the community by hosting events and fundraisers, also collected donations for the Children's Tumor Foundation, whose mission is to drive research, expand knowledge and advance care for the Neurofibromatosis (NF) community.
