West Caldwell Ranked No. 4 on "New Jersey’s Best Towns for Families" List

WEST CALDWELL, NJ — When "New Jersey Family" created its third-annual list of “New Jersey’s Best Towns for Families,” the Township of West Caldwell was listed as the No. 1 town in Essex County and No. 4 in the state for 2017.
