Bad to the Dad has a lot to be thankful for this Thanksgiving week. The hosts, Coach Randy and Adam D, have just completed their second season without ripping each other's heads off...and enjoyed speaking with their Episode 13 guest Cary Parkes.
The Dads talk with Cary about his recent adventures at Kalahari water park and what it's like raising three boys five-and-under. Cary also spoke very honestly about beating his addiction to alcohol and how he's found a new high: rigorous racing events. This week's guest has completed Iron Man competitions and just ran his first New York City Marathon.
"Cary is one of those guests that can truly help a lot of our listeners in so many ways," says co-host Adam D. "Whether it's about beating addiction, preparing for a physically grueling challenge, or raising a family of wild little dudes with a supportive wife, he brings stories that inspire, instruct, and entertain. He also came with his fantastic mustache. And fantastic mustache... that's something you really can't teach."
Also, Coach Randy talks about hosting his daughter's eleventh birthday party, and Adam D gives his take on the "Virginity Rocks" t-shirt trend.
