WEST ORANGE, NJ - The West Orange pitchers gave up just two hits, but North Bergen rallied from a three-run deficit for a 4-3 baseball victory in the opening round of the Section 1, Group 4 state tournament Monday.

West Orange (14-9) led, 3-0, after two innings. North Bergen tied it, and then took a 4-3 lead with a run in the sixth inning.

Christopher Spagnuolo finished with three of West Orange's eight hits. Tyree Bradley doubled in a run and Christopher Walker singled in a run for West Orange.

Walker was the starting pitcher for West Orange, and he gave up just one hit in five innings, but North Bergen scored three runs against him with the help of six walks. Walker struck out nine. Kyle Bernokeits gave up one hit and one run in two innings of relief.
