ORANGE, NJ -- The West Orange boys basketball team came away with a 49-44 victory over Barringer in the Martin Luther King Basketball Classic at Orange High School on Monday.

William Garth-Hill scored 15 points for the Mountaineers (6-6), who took a 30-23 halftime lead with a 15-5 run in the second quarter.

Goddy Marc connected for 12 points for West Orange, which outscored Barringer, 15-11, down the stretch to hold on. Three West Orange players--Godly Marc, Ismail Taylor and Renard Barnes Jr.--finished with seven points apiece.
