WEST ORANGE, NJ — West Orange Mayor Robert Parisi, members of the Downtown West Orange Alliance and members of the West Orange Chamber of Commerce conducted a celebratory ribbon cutting on Friday welcoming Branigan & Associates to the township and wishing the staff luck in their new community.

Branigan & Associates recently relocated from Montclair to 350 Main Street in West Orange. Upon cutting the ribbon in front of Branigan’s new office location, Mayor Robert Parisi, members of Branigan’s law team and the West Orange business community gathered in support.

“On behalf of the City of West Orange and business community, we are here to wish you luck and are here to help you be successful,” said Parisi.

Sean Branigan, who initially began his career in landscaping and landscape design, calls himself a preservationist, as he won the 2013 preservation award for his work on 24 Upper Mountain Avenue in Montclair. After spending much of his law career as a pool attorney and public defendant for Union Juvenile Court and Essex Adult Court, Branigan also considers himself an environmentalist and humanist.

Branigan “worked to rehabilitate” his clients from 2005 to 2012 before starting his own practice, where he now focuses on traffic, criminal, divorce and injury law.

“When you call we answer—we don’t golf and we work seven days a week,” said Branigan, who thanked attendees for coming and expressed his enthusiasm for joining the West Orange community. “I am eager to be here and to do anything I can to enhance the community of West Orange.”
