WEST ORANGE, NJ - Zài xī ào lán zhì shèhuì yìngyāo chūxí zhōngguó zhī yè 10 yuè 24 rì. That's right, the West Orange community is invited to attend China Night on Oct. 24 at West Orange High School, beginning at 5:30 p.m.

The award-winning Mandarin Chinese program at West Orange High School, the Confucious Institute and Classroom, is celebrating 10 years with an evening of food, dance, and cultural activities. 

The journey begins at the Tarnoff Cafeteria, where a spread of Chinese food will be provided between 5:30 and 6:30 p.m.  The high school is located at 51 Conforti Ave. and plenty of parking is available.

From 5:45 to 6:45, enjoy several different cultural activities and games organized by the West Orange High School Chinese Club, outside the auditorium.

From 7 to 8 p.m., the Nai-Ni Chen Dance Company will perform "The Moon Goddess" in the Auditorium, and performances by the West Orange High School Girls and Boys Step Teams will cap off the evening.

Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for children ten and under. Proceeds will benefit the Chinese program at West Orange High School as well as scholarships for graduating students.
