WEST ORANGE, NJ - The Essex County Juvenile Detention Facility has been selected as the Facility of the Year by the National Commission on Correctional Health Care.
Only one facility from the 500 jails, prisons and juvenile confinement facilities participating in the NCCHC national accreditation program is selected.
