The Luck O' The Pup Pet Adoption Fair is organized by Co-Chairs Marie Maxwell and Cindy Blanco of Cindy B Designs. According to Maxwell, all proceeds will go directly to rescue.

“To get homeless animals adopted into loving homes," said Maxwell. "We are passionate animal lovers and rescue advocates. We organized a fun, family-friendly event to draw a crowd so that our participating rescues get maximum exposure for the adoptable pets who will be in attendance. We also want to stress that we will be collecting food and supplies for the rescues.”

There is a $15 donation at the door but kids under 16 are free. The first 50 people to arrive will receive a free swag bag. The Shillelagh Club is located at 648 Prospect Avenue in West Orange.

Extra Time

It was close to 70 minutes into the match and I had to go to the bathroom.  Badly.

As fans watching the World Cup know too well, bathroom breaks are a serious dilemma, especially for those who don’t have a TV in the loo.  This biological necessity is exasperated by beer, which during World Cup matches also fuels a strong propensity to throw chairs and instigate riots.
