VERONA, NJ -- Sophomore guard Kiley Capstraw's huge all-around performance helped push the West Orange girls basketball team to a 54-41 victory over Verona on Saturday.

Capstraw scored 33 points, brought down 15 rebounds, made four steals and passed for three assists for the Mountaineers (5-9), who outscored Verona, 14-5, in the second quarter to take a 25-15 halftime lead.

Tracey Ilderis finished with 11 points and 10 rebounds, and Natalie Nevins passed for a team-high four assists and came up with three steals for West Orange. Capstraw had 11 field goals and made 11 free throws.
