WEST ORANGE, NJ - As candidate for Town Council, Jean Claude Cenatus is sharing a ticket with Rodolfo Rodriguez, a West Orange mayoral candidate.

Cenatus believes that it takes the collective thinking of a town to engineer the type of changes necessary to make West Orange a place where indivduals can thrive and prosper. So as you survey the political landscape of our town, and as you are contemplating the day after November 4, 2014, be resolved in your mind to usher a new dawn in West Orange as you vote. We need a new beginning.

Change of course is painful but necessary. We can no longer afford to keep placing those whose minds can't be remolded as the head of our town's affairs.

Mr. Rodolfo and Mr. Cenatus represent that change you've been longing for so long. November the 4th is just around the corner. Let's make the turn and head to the highway of success that will benefit all the people of our beloved town. We need some new blood. Remember, it is impossible for old dogs to learn new tricks.

Jean Claude Cenatus is a West Orange resident and a French teacher at Roosevelt Middle School.
