“BARKtoberfest” Pet Adoption Event Coming to Turtle Back Zoo Benefiting Local Animal Shelters

WEST ORANGE, NJ – The Turtle Back Zoo welcomes Essex County residents to meet adoptable dogs, cats, puppies and kittens while supporting local animal shelters and rescue groups during “BARKtoberfest,” scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 29 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The event will take place in the Zoo’s Berson Learning Center, located directly off Northfield Avenue.

Willowbrook Mall Evacuated Due to Bomb Threat

WAYNE, NJ - A note found at Willowbrook Mall Monday evening forced an evacuation after details stated there were multiple bombs planted.
