WEST ORANGE, NJ — The West Orange Arts Council presents an eclectic art viewing experience for artists and art lovers and a range of media with two back-to-back pop-up art gallery shows in June and July, 2018. The first show, which opened on Saturday, will run through Sunday, June 24.
An opening reception will take place on Wednesday, June 6 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., along with a Scarf Draping Demonstration on Saturday, June 23 at 3 p.m. and a "Paint & Sip" painting demonstration are being planned. The second show will open on Saturday, July 7 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and run through Sunday, July 29. Both shows can be viewed at the West Orange Arts Center on 551 Valley Road, West Orange.

The West Orange Arts Council was established in 1998 to cultivate, inspire and support the arts. Area artists and community leaders remain the core of this all-volunteer organization that operates the West Orange Arts Center. "Welcome to the West Orange Arts Center!" is this year’s year-long celebration of the arts, representing various artists, workshops, exhibits and activities that strive to enhance the lives of the residents of West Orange and neighboring communities.
