WEST ORANGE, NJ — An ordinance being considered on its first reading at the West Orange Township Council meeting on Tuesday was one to revise the rate schedule for the rental and use of the Toby Katz Community Center. If adopted, fees would to rent the recently refurbished center would rise, according to the council.

Councilwoman Michelle Casalino spoke in favor of this increase.

“It has been many years since the fee has been increased,” she said. “The upgrading of the facility, which is in constant use, makes the fee increase warranted.”
