Second Lakeside Yoga Session Added to OSPAC Calendar

WEST ORANGE, NJ - The West Orange Public Relations Commission hosted Lakeside Yoga at The Oskar Schindler Performing Arts Center on Aug. 29. Due to its success, a second session has been added to the calendar. The next yoga session, led by Hatha Yoga Instructor Donna Burkat, a 300-hour RYT yoga instructor, will be held on Sept. 13 at 10 a.m.

“Join us AGAIN for “Lakeside Yoga" -- The first date was so successful, we've added a SECOND DATE,” was posted on the West Orange, NJ Facebook page following the event.

The free program, which is being held at the Oskar Shindler Performance Arts Center, located at 4 Boland Drive, in West Orange (Lakeside Area), is part of the West Orange Loves Wellness campaign. Space is limited, and those interested should register by emailing drjosievelez@aol.com to secure a spot. Participants should bring a mat, wear comfy clothing and have a willingness to try something new.
