West Orange Board of Education Welcomes New Member, President and Vice President

WEST ORANGE, NJ — Recently elected West Orange Board of Education (WOBOE) member Ken Alper was sworn in and the board unanimously voted Ron Charles and Mark Robertson as board president and vice president, respectively, during the WOBOE reorganization meeting last week.

Following the adoption of the Code of Ethics, as per NJSA 18A:12-21 et. seq and WOBOE Bylaw 9271.00, the board approved a resolution in support of the Federal Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.
