WEST ORANGE, NJ - School spirit is alive and well at West Orange High School, and the Mountaineers are inviting the West Orange community to get in on the act.  On Saturday, Sept. 21, the West Orange High School PTA is sponsoring a Family Fan Fest from 4 to 7 p.m. on the baseball field.

Sponsored by the WOHS PTA and other local organizations with carnival games and booths, school clubs, food, and an appearance by the new WOHS mascot, the event is sure to generate community spirit . Carol M. Kulik, former Athletic Director at the high school, will be honored in a ceremony at 5:30 dedicating the new Carol M. Kulik Sports Medicine Training room behind the Tarnoff Gymnasium.

The event will culminate with the first West Orange Mountaineer varsity football game under the new lights at Suriano Stadium as they go up against West Essex.
