WEST ORANGE, NJ – Essex County Executive Joseph N. DiVincenzo, officially announced today that the intersection of Northfield Avenue and Pleasant Valley Way/Cherry Lane was upgraded with new traffic-signal equipment and a new design to enhance motor vehicle and pedestrian safety.
