WEST ORANGE, NJ — Any organizations looking for unique or new fundraising ideas are encouraged by the Township of West Orange to consider holding a golf tournament at the Rock Spring Golf Club, which is now considered township property.

The township believes that its new ownership of the Rock Spring Golf Club provides a unique opportunity for local organizations to add or increase their fundraising revenues in a fun and exciting way by running golf tournaments.

An upcoming seminar entitled “Tournament 101 Seminar” will provide interested parties with training on creating or enhancing their overall tournament experience. This seminar will also provide instruction on how to raise money for a cause and how to recruit golfers, volunteers and sponsors to the event.
