WEST ORANGE, NJ — The Township of West Orange is currently looking for a full-time job opening for the position of Senior Citizen Program Aide. Those interested are asked to apply by Feb. 8.
According to the township, the job requires providing help and information to West Orange senior citizens as well as the organization, management and implementation of all township senior citizen services. These services include senior citizen recreation programs, senior citizen transportation programs, senior citizen health and nursing programs and the distribution of holiday gift baskets of food and toys to West Orange residents.
Social Case Worker experience would be a positive, but is not required, according to the township, which also stated that residence is preferred but also not required. Salary will be based on experience.
