NEWARK, NJ — A West Orange man was arrested on Saturday in connection to the fatal stabbing of a 34-year-old woman from Orange, according to Acting Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N. Stephens, II, and Orange Police Director Todd Warren.

Christopher Dudley, also 34, is believed to have had a dating relationship at some point with the victim, who was identified with Katrina Perry and was fatally stabbed at her home in the 100 block of Main Street.

Dudley was arrested on these accusations and charged with her murder.

The investigation remains active and ongoing.
