WEST ORANGE, NJ — Kieryn Knox of West Orange High School rolled a perfect game Wednesday to cap an eventful week for the Mountaineers' bowling team.

Knox rolled his perfect 300 game to capture the ECADA Individual County Tournament Championship at Hanover Lanes. Knox shot a 706 Series to qualify for the Step Ladder round.

Owen Murphy placed fifth, Garrett Weinstein placed eighth and Justin Soto finished in 12th place.

The West Orange High School Bowling Team captured Essex County Athletic Directors Association (ECADA) Bowling Tournament Monday at Hanover Lanes.

The bowling team rolled a 3089 series. Knox rolled 235, 243 and 235 had the  tournament high series with 713. Murphy shot a team-high game of 247, Soto rolled 234, and Weinstein, 202 and 223.

The team has already won its division championship for the second year in a row with a 14-1 record. Knox (713), Murphy (638), Weinstein and Soto (603) series qualified for the ECADA County Individual Bowling Tournament Championships.
