WESTFIELD, NJ — Seven Westfield High School juniors recently achieved the highest score of 36 on parts of the ACT standardized tests, which are widely used for college admission and placement criteria, Westfield Public Schools announced this week.

The scores were earned in December by the following students: Michael Canabarro – English; Saranya Turimella – English; Julia Buoscio – English; Yenteen Hu – Math and STEM; Thomas Omberg – Science; Caroline Stockwell – Reading; and Timothy McAuliffe – English. 

WHS Assistant Principal Jim DeSarno personally congratulated each of the students for their achievement.
