Dancer/Educator Leilah Robinson always dreamed of owning a business that would fulfill her passion to help people. In 2017 she was asked to train and become stretching coach for KIKA STRETCH STUDIOS by college friend Hakika DuBose-Wise, who is the studios’ owner/founder. After training and learning the technique, she was thrilled to discover how life changing the experience was for clients.

During 2017 she worked as a stretch coach in the Westfield, NJ studio and by 2018 she became the manager.  When Leilah learned that Hakika was ready to franchise the studios she jumped on the opportunity to become the owner of the Westfield studio. On Saturday, June 2, 2018 from 12 p.m. - 3 p.m. there will be a grand opening to celebrate the new ownership. Leilah and her husband Bradley will become the owners of KIKA STRETCH STUDIOS’ first franchise.

The general public and current clients are invited to celebrate with a ribbon cutting, free demos  giveaways and light refreshments. They can tour the studio located at 66 Elm Street in downtown Westfield and receive a 10 percent discount on any session purchases.  Hakika has said, “Leilah is a very special person whose heart is filled with love and compassion. Her desire to help people live tension free lives, continue to make sure the studio is a place where people are respected, can be relaxed and will be helped to reach their physical goals makes her the perfect studio owner.” Her husband who is the co-owner will start his stretch coach training and his management skills will be utilized.
