I’m Ben Nanna, Shelley Brindle's campaign manager.
Today would’ve been my first day back for grad school at Columbia University. Instead, I’ll be taking the semester off to continue working for Shelley’s campaign for mayor of Westfield.
I grew up in Westfield — lived on Prospect Street, South Euclid and now above a pizza shop in downtown. My friend and I started a nonprofit Kk here, I coached swimming during college, drove Coach Martin crazy during track practice at the high school, walked home from Roosevelt with my friend Greta and broke my arm jumping off a swing at Franklin.
I am who I am because of the people in this community, and the experiences that brought us together. Westfield is my home, even when I leave.
I turned down a dream job in May, moved back from NYC and am now taking a leave from school because I absolutely believe Shelley Brindle is the Mayor Westfield needs next. I need you to believe in her, too. Campaign Video
We’re entering the final stretch to Election Day on Nov. 7, and Shelley and I need you to get there.
Can you volunteer, donate, talk to your friends, neighbors, dogs and family? Whatever you can do to get out the vote for Shelley is exactly what we need.
