WESTFIELD, NJ — Some were decked out in coats for the winter weather, while others bore the brunt of the snow fur first.

TAPinto Westfield put out a call for snow photos as mother nature dropped nearly 20 inches on the town last week.

The images we received showed a surplus of COVID canines and pandemic pups playing in the snow.

We got to see Sophie, who goes by the name “Snowphie” during storm events.

The rescue pup, Skye, covered in a red coat enjoyed her first ever romp in the snow.

Frankie, an adoptee from Turks and Caicos struck a regal pose in the winter weather.

Balto, a rescue from Russia, sported a neat blue jacket.

These canines are among Westfield’s best in snow.

And many of them had the opportunity to enjoy more of the winter weather as Sunday’s storm is dropped 7.6 inches of snow in Westfield, the National Weather Service reported.
