Congressman Leonard Lance (NJ-07) today announced Christopher Castelo of Westfield has completed a summer internship in his Capitol Hill Office. Castelo, 19, is a rising sophomore at The George Washington University.

“Christopher is a bright individual and I am proud of the hard-work and professionalism he contributed to my congressional office,” Lance said.   “Internships are a great way for students to learn more about how government works and serve the people of their community through public service.”

Interns in Lance’s congressional office perform a variety of duties, including greeting office visitors, facilitating tours of the U.S. Capitol for visiting residents and helping staff with legislative research projects as well as constituent correspondence.
