CLARK, NJ - The Clark Target was evacuated earlier today for approximately one hour while police investigated another threat made to the store.  Clark Police and Union County K-9 units responded.

According to the Clark Police Department, officers and detectives stopped a silver Chevrolet sedan on Central Ave. Terrance Black, 39, of Irvington, was taken into custody in connection with today's incident and two others made in January.  Black was charged with three counts of false public alarms.  Bail has been set at $45,000.
