WESTFIELD, NJ — Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Westfield East celebrated its grand re-opening at 209 Central Ave. recently with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
Westfield Mayor Andy Skibitsky (center) helped cut the ribbon at the newly renovated office with Councilman Sam Della Ferra; John Bradley, branch vice president of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Westfield East office; New Jersey Assemblyman Jon Bramnick; and Dan Mancuso, regional vice president for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
Westfield East is the No. 1 Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in New Jersey. The renovated and updated office is home to about 125 affiliated real estate agents.
According to Project Manager Craig Quinn, the front entrance was moved to the opposite side of the building and the exterior received a complete facelift. The inside of the building was gutted except for load-bearing masonry walls, and a massive steel beam was installed to remove one partitioning wall and open up the office. The open floorplan promotes a collaborative environment to optimize each agent’s business growth and customer service.
“Westfield has a strong sense of community, and we have enjoyed serving the real estate needs of our neighbors for decades. With this renovation, we now have a modern facility to continue providing top-notch service for many years to come,” said Bradley in a press release. “Thank you to Mayor Skibitsky, Assemblyman Bramnick, Councilman Della Ferra, and everyone else who came out to celebrate our new office.”
