WESTFIELD, NJ--FestiFall, the street fair annualy sponsored by the Westfield Area Chamber of Commerce, was in full swing on Sunday in Downtown Westfield. Businesses, vendors, non-profit organizations and entertainment groups all added to the success of the event.  Heather Robinson, Chamber of Commerce executive director, commented that the festival was going very well as there was good weather and a great turnout.

People of all ages crowded the streets to enjoy FestiFall. James and Connie Corcoran of Scotch Plains attended with their young daughters Alessandra, Victoria and Carolina. James said of the fair, "It's great. There's beautiful weather, good food and fun for the kids."
There were rides and attractions especially for children. Roberta Krumholz of Warren attended FestiFall with her grandchildren, Emily and Andrew Krumholz of Monroe Township. Andrew wanted to go on the bull ride and hoped to stay on it the longest time while Emily looked forward to jumping on one of the bouncers.

The musical group "At Ease" performed in front of NJ Workshop for the Arts on Broad Street. The jazz group consists of  Westfield High School students and has been playing together for two months. Michael Thien is the father of Austin Thien who plays guitar in the group. Michael commented that FestiFall had perfect weather, a great mood, and that all of the bands were enjoyable. Bands were also scheduled to perform throughout the day on the large main stage located on Elm Street.

Many of Westfield's local businesses had merchandise for sale in front of their shops. At Randal's Shoes on Elm Street, customers appreciated the selection of footwear that was made available by Randy Aronoff and his staff. Thea Jackson of Just Bead Yourself on Central Avenue had free candy necklaces for children to make and was demonstrating the energy properties of gemstones. Food concessions, booths and businesses were bustling as the fair attracted large crowds throughout the day.
