I absolutely love this time of year. I love how festive and decorated downtown Westfield is for the holidays. It's fun to take a walk downtown and check out all the window displays, and stop in the local businesses to see what they have going on for the holiday season.

Here at 365 Things Westfield, we have decided to get into the holiday spirt and run a Downtown Westfield Holiday Giveaway! Every day for the next 10 days, 365 Things Westfield will be giving away a gift from a local Westfield business! Sometime in the morning, we will post what the gift of the day is, and what local business is giving it away. To enter, all you have to do is comment, like or share that post. At the end of the day I will choose a person at random and announce the winner!

We have some really fantastic gifts lined up from some incredible local businesses such as: the YMCA, Jeffrey's, the Westfield Running Company, Kidville, Savory Spice Shop, Kennedy's, and more! Make sure to check 365 Things Westfield every morning for the next 10 days to see what gifts we are giving away!

Sinai or Sanctuary?

And in the beginning, G‑d was homeless, and so G‑d asked His people to set Him up with some digs. Where does it say that? Well, nowhere, actually. But it does say that G‑d instructed Moses to tell the people, “They shall make for Me a Sanctuary, that I may dwell among them.”

Now the question is, was G‑d really homeless? ...
