WESTFIELD, NJ — Keith Loughlin, who has served as a Westfield councilman representing Ward 4 since 2010, has announced his run for re-election this fall.

“In my next term,” the Republican wrote in a letter to the editor, “I will focus on controlling municipal spending and seeking alternate sources of funding; improving our downtown and parks; working with our state and federal officials to secure peak one-seat rides into NYC; and keeping Westfield a great place to live.”

Loughlin is kicking off his campaign with a barbecue and bull riding contest on April 3.
