It’s that time of year again when millions of Americans are thinking of making New Year’s Resolutions.  The question is…will they keep them?  Studies reveal that only 10 percent of Americans keep their resolutions for an entire year. You can change that statistic!
You can become more active. The hardest thing to do is to get started. Once started, make sure you don’t do too much too soon. Progress should be at a constant but comfortable pace.
To help you start your 2015 healthy living resolution, the Westfield Area Y will be open on New Year’s Day from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm.  The first 500 members and guests receive a free gift.  It is a free guest day so bring a friend. A free Kickbox and Strength class will be offered from 10:15 am - 11:15 am. Also being offered is a free TRX class at Noon and a free Spin & TRX strength class at1:00 pm (each TRX session limited to 12 participants). 
Those who are interested in personal training and sign up on January 1, 2015, will receive 25% off any personal training session package. Limit one per person. Session expires March 31, 2015
