WESTFIELD, NJ – Six Westfield High School students recently achieved the highest scores possible on portions of SAT and ACT standardized tests, the school district announced.
Citing their achievements, Westfield High School Principal Derrick Nelson congratulated the students.
“It speaks volumes about your abilities and your commitment to your education,” Nelson said in the Monday announcement.
The top scorers on the December ACT are as follows: Juniors James Encinas (science and STEM) Spencer Rothfleisch (science) and Julia Tompkins (English, reading).
Additional top scorers include juniors John Czarnecki for math on the December SAT, Max Tennant for math, science, STEM and English on the October ACT, and senior Matthew Siroty for math on the August SAT.
