WESTFIELD, NJ — Downtown Westfield’s fashion show Sept. 8 will have something for everyone, organizers promise, as they team up with Runway of Dreams to include clothing designed for people with disabilities.

“We were inspired by Charlotte Cohen and Jillian LiConti, students of Westfield High School, who put the show together in the spring are involved now in helping us for the September 8th show,” said organizer Erin Ben-Hayon.

The latest fashions trends and looks will be provided by Athleta, Adlers Jewelers, J. McLaughlin, Jude Connally, Jos. A. Banks, Lord & Taylor, Sole Shoes, South Moon Under and Westfield Service League, according to the DWC.

Blende Custom Beauty will assist models with their makeup. Complimentary haircuts for male models will be provided by Kennedy's All American Barber Club.

Westfield's own Ethan Bernan, EJB Entertainment, will DJ and Emcee. Additional music will be provided by Valencia School of Music.

“Jude Connally and J. McLaughlin are participating as well by giving back in their stores,” Ben-Hayon added.

The fashion show is free and open to the public, but registration is required, as seating is limited. Fashionistas can register here at www.westfieldtoday.com.
