If you live where we live, you didn’t let March 20th go by without noting the date-the first day of spring! Like me, you were probably looking up and mouthing the words “thank you” to the sun. It’s been a cold, hard winter on many of us, in many ways. Just like we find ourselves feeling the elements and all its trappings, so do our homes. Our homes took a beating this winter-that much is clear.

The good news is that spring is here and we can fix the house damage, for a pretty reasonable price. You'd be shocked! Most of the time, all we need is a little handy work and some fresh paint to undo what winter has left us with.

At CertaPro Painters of Mountainside we have found (through experience) that a systematic approach helps us deliver the quality exterior house painting job that we have promised you. AND we are so happy to tell you that with any estimate over $2000, you get $200 off, before June 30th.

Below are the general steps we will take on your exterior house painting project. Your situation may vary depending upon your needs as outlined on your Proposal.

Wash.

As per your proposal, areas are either power washed or hand washed to remove dirt and mildew.

Surface Preparation.

Based on your exterior painting proposal, all loose paint is scraped and all glossy areas are scuff sanded. All gaps are caulked to prevent water intrusion.

Paint.

Repaired areas are primed and premium quality paint is applied to a uniform finish.

Clean.

Clean up is done daily, as well as at the completion of our work. Paint chips are removed and all our materials are packed up and stored neatly.

Inspect.

After our own inspection, you are invited to inspect our work and asked to complete the feedback card for our exterior painting job and the crew.

Call us, Nelson and Patrice,  anytime. We are happy to come out and give you an estimate. It’s a pleasure, truly. Happy spring my friends!
