SCOTCH PLAINS, NJ - On Thursday, April 14 at 7 p.m., the JCC of Central Jersey will host a free test prep workshop for 9th and 12th graders as part of the College Prep Series.
Students will learn strategies designed to help mentally prepare them for any pressure-filled situation: in the classroom, during a standardized test, on a sports field, in front of an audience and beyond.
Mental Coach Brian Levenson along with associates from Private Prep will guide participants on how to channel and control their confidence. They will focus on developing a wide range of skills and use exercises in mindfulness and performance psychology to help teach them how to perform to the best of their ability.
The event is open to the community and free. To learn more about Private Prep, visit www.privateprep.com.
