Congressman Lance welcomed Elena Arida to his Westfield District Office for a special ceremony honoring her accomplishments in community service. Elena earned the recognition for her outstanding volunteerism in the Westfield community. To earn the award, young people must set and achieve personally challenging goals in public service, personal development and physical fitness. As a leader in community services projects at Westfield High School, Elena’s work earned her Congress’ highest award for youth service.
