WESTFIELD, NJ — Lindabury, McCormick, Estabrook & Cooper in Westfield welcomes two summer associates into its ranks.
David Franzmathes and Donald C. Pierce will be joining the firm for 10 weeks. They began on May 29. Franzmathes is a third-year law student at Seton Hall University School of Law, Newark. David is an Associate Editor of the Seton Hall Circuit Review. He received his Bachelor of Arts at The College of New Jersey in Philosophy. He also has internship experience as a Judicial Intern in the United States District Court, District of New Jersey.
Donald C. Pierce is a third-year law student at Rutgers Law School, Newark. Donald is on the Moot Court Board and was a participant in the 2018 Nathan Baker Mock Trial Competition. Donald received his Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University, New Brunswick in Economics. Prior to attending law school he served in the United States Army, 82nd Airborne Division, Fort Bragg, N.C. as an Infantry Officer, 1st Lieutenant.
