MILLBURN, NJ — A new sign at the entrance to Trader Joe’s in Millburn reads, “Welcome Westfield customers and crew. We do intend to reopen our Westfield location and we value your patience in this transition.”

“Trader Joe’s in Millburn welcomed us with open arms today,” said Andrea Lupkin, a Westfield mom and regular Westfield Trader Joe’s customer.

Trader Joe’s announced on Monday that all of its “crew members” from the Trader Joe’s Westfield store would have the option to work at other locations after its Westfield shop was badly damaged in Saturday's blizzard, and many already appear to be employed in Millburn.

“We recognized a lot of the workers there today from the Westfield store,” Lupkin said.

While shoppers can stock up on their favorite TJ’s food at the Millburn store, located at 187 Millburn Ave., alcohol is not sold there. Outside of Westfield, the only other Trader Joe’s in New Jersey that carries beer, wine and spirits is in Princeton.
