WESTFIELD, NJ — Nick’s Pizza, located at 311 South Ave. West, recently celebrated its grand opening with a ribbon cutting ceremony with Westfield Mayor Andy Skibitsy, members of the Greater Westfield Area Chamber of Commerce and the Downtown Westfield Corporation.
Located across from the Westfield train station, the restaurant has been greeting guests for about six weeks. According to owner Nick Gocaj, business has been good.
“Everybody treats us great and we love being here,” he said.
The restaurant offers a variety of custom pizza options along with pasta dishes, hot and cold sandwiches and larger entrée meals. Gocaj said that guests are invited to eat at the tables within the restaurant but that he is also offering delivery.
Gocaj, a Union County resident, said that he picked Westfield for his new business because he loved the town and the area.
