WESTFIELD, NJ — Out Run Your Fork Personal Training and Nutritional Counseling recently celebrated its move from Westfield to Space4Fitness, a facility located at 155A South Ave. in Garwood.
Out Run Your Fork owner Tony Bianchino calls the facility “3,500 square feet of fun.” The space holds a large variety of equipment, including stationery bikes, weights and obstacles. Part of the floor is even turfed.
“For me, it’s fun because I can throw so many different things at you,” Bianchino said. Here, he can help people reach their fitness goals, whether it’s losing weight, feeling stronger and healthier and even preparing year-round for obstacle course runs.
Rene Regencia created and owns Space4Fitness, which is used by about 10 personal trainers, to be a place that’s not only functional and versatile, but also inspiring, with each section of the gym painted a different motif. His 14-year-old daughter, Sofia, painted the mural on the outside wall based on a photo taken of him in Hawaii.
“Space4Fitness is just a great spot for someone like me to come in and have a home,” Bianchino said. “And such a nice home.”
Out Run Your Fork offers one-to-one personal training, group fitness and fully customized diets and nutrition programs. It is one of the top-rated personal training companies in the area with more than 50 five-star reviews from residents in the local area.
Bianchino recently kicked off a series of free Facebook Live events called “Slim Down, Shape Up,” with new events every Monday night from 8:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.
