Refresh Your Children & Teen Bookshelf this Week

This week the Friends of the Westfield Memorial Library are hosting their 7th Annual Children and Teen Book Sale. All proceeds from this sale go directly towards funding programs at the Westfield Memorial Library. It's the perfect opportunity to clean out your family bookshelf and refresh it with some new reads. 

Donations can be dropped off at the library on Oct. 24 (2 p.m. to 7 p.m.) and 25 (10 a.m. to 3 p.m.). The library welcomes donations of gently used hardcover and soft cover books, audio books and DVDs — everything from board books for babies to books and other media suitable for teens. 

Sale days are Oct. 26 (11 a.m. to 8 p.m.), Oct. 27 (HALF PRICE day 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) and Saturday (BAG day — bag provided 10 a.m.  to 1 p.m.)

The library is located at 550 East Broad Street in Westfield. For additional information or to volunteer, email wmlchildrensbooksale@gmail.com.
